Personal Care:
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring the client’s hygiene and comfort.

Meal Preparation:
Planning, preparing, and serving nutritious meals, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.

Medication Management:
Reminding clients to take medications, assisting with administration, and monitoring for side effects.

Transportation:
Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and activities, ensuring safe and timely travel.

Companionship:
Providing emotional support, engaging in activities, and fostering a positive and engaging environment.

Light Housekeeping:
Maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment through tasks like laundry, cleaning, and organizing.

Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of care provided, client activities, and any changes in health status.

Monitoring & Communication:
Observing and reporting changes in the client’s physical or mental health to family members or supervisors promptly.
