Position Overview
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Caregiver Support Team Member to join our growing team. This role is essential to supporting the daily living needs of our residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Monitor and report any health changes or concerns to senior staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
